Bryan Easler Toyota is seeking an exceptional Automotive Service Manager to lead one of the region's fastest-growing Toyota service departments. Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing service team.
- Drive customer satisfaction while achieving departmental profitability goals.
- Hold advisors, technicians, and support staff accountable to performance standards.
- Monitor technician productivity, labor sales, gross profit, and repair order performance.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop future leaders.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting the dealership's reputation.
- Ensure compliance with Toyota standards, warranty requirements, and dealership policies.
- Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
