About the Role

Buy and sell assets and commodities for external clients, build and maintain client relationships, and advise on portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Deal in complex financial markets by applying expertise and leading a treasury/trading team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of complex financial products, amending them as necessary.
  • Supervise activities performed by financial product development or specialist teams.
  • Oversee complex projects and guide financial risk management activities.
  • Manage a complex data analysis function and interpret policy changes for business goals.
  • Analyze, assess, and quantify risks associated with products, applications, business activities, and the market.
  • Undertake tactical risk modeling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • 13 months to 3 years of general experience.
  • Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) certification.

Skills

  • Communicate and articulate potential resolutions or strategies clearly and compellingly.
  • Determine and analyze trends from collected data to assist in decision-making reports.
  • Analyze potential solutions and create recommendations based on expected benefits, costs, and value.
  • Express ideas, request actions, and formulate plans and policies through effective verbal communication.
