About the Role
We’re hiring an Enterprise Customer Account Manager to own relationships with strategic customers, guiding them from adoption to expansion. This role involves strategy, execution, and relationship depth, acting as the captain for accounts to drive measurable business impact and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full functional and process knowledge of HackerRank products and services, market awareness, and competitive threats.
- Own and manage Book of Business (BoB) to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute account strategies connecting customer objectives with HackerRank’s mission.
- Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and technical leaders.
- Act as the captain for accounts, leading internal and customer teams, resolving blockers, and accelerating time-to-value.
- Run proactive engagement cadences including QBRs, success check-ins, and executive reviews.
- Structure mutually beneficial commercial terms promoting long-term growth and customer success.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, health metrics, and growth pipelines, ensuring seamless handoffs and transparent reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SaaS enterprise account management experience, ideally in fast-scaling environments.
- Grit and curiosity to stay resilient through challenges and understand customer goals, industry shifts, and opportunities.
- Naturally relationship-oriented, building trust and credibility with Fortune 500 customers.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, simplifying complex ideas and engaging confidently across audiences.
- Deep expertise in craft, combining product mastery with a keen sense of business impact.
- Highly organized and outcome-driven, managing multiple enterprise accounts with precision.
- Experience working with HR tech or developer ecosystems, especially within enterprise-scale organizations.
- Background in driving multi-product adoption or leading high-growth, customer-centric initiatives.
- Comfort navigating cross-functional complexity to align internal teams and deliver unified customer outcomes.
- Act like a captain, owning outcomes end-to-end and thriving in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
- Energized by building long-term partnerships.
- Balance empathy with execution to understand customer pain points while driving tangible business results.
