About the Role

Golden Artist Colors is seeking a Paintmaker I to join their operations team in New Berlin. This role involves operating specialized manufacturing equipment, performing production processes, and maintaining quality control standards in a mission-based, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain efficiency in at least two of the following: large versator, small versator, or all mills.
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment including drum dumpers, fork trucks, manual jacks, and power jacks.
• Operate bulk mixers as required.
• Perform mixing, milling, de-aerating, pumping, and quality control of paint products.
• Perform general cleaning of machinery and drums.
• Enter production data into the ERP system.
• Utilize a respirator during manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Additional computer training.
• Ability to pass a respirator medical clearance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting of up to 60 lbs, occasional lifting of 75 lbs, and constant standing or walking.
• Ability to perform reaching, bending, squatting, twisting, and pushing/pulling tasks.
