About the Role
This role focuses on managing and organizing consulting services for senior management in areas such as strategy development, business planning, process re-engineering, organization design, program review, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Implements detailed plans and recommends policies/procedures regarding program specific requirements.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, partners, and the Contract Management team to understand current processes, identify pain points, and support best practice changes, including potential system integrations.
- Provides policy analysis, formulation, coordination, and advice to commissioners and senior managers regarding the Contract Management program, services, and organization at both strategic and operational levels.
- Shapes and defines projects in consultation with clients and key stakeholders, determining focus, scope, objectives, methodology, and activities.
- Applies methodologies, collects data, conducts analyses, draws conclusions, and develops alternative best practice solutions.
- Develops dashboards, prepares executive materials, presents analysis and recommendations to clients/stakeholders, chairs meetings, and promotes discussion.
- Supports management in assessing and devising pragmatic and objective solutions while ensuring compliance.
- Works in support of project steering committees and leads interdepartmental teams and working groups.
- Assumes a temporary, short-term managerial/supervisory role during organizational change project transitions.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of strategic organization design and effective management/governance systems and processes at the corporate level.
- Documents and maintains new processes, templates, standard operating procedures, and training materials in collaboration with the Contract Management team and partners.
- Assists in the assessment and analysis of corporate organization effectiveness issues, conducts studies, and prepares confidential reports on program/service delivery changes, management policies, systems, processes, practices, restructuring, and organization change.
- Leads and/or supports cross-departmental teams in project development and application, identifying options for operations, policies, information systems, and management practices, assessing implications and viability, and recommending changes to support management priorities and strengthen internal controls.
- Researches, reviews, and reports on existing and new management tools and methodologies, advising senior managers on emerging techniques and their applicability.
- Promotes organization learning and orchestrates change through corporate-wide and interdepartmental initiatives.
- Fosters and maintains cooperative working relationships internally and externally, and establishes contact with professionals in related fields to stay current.
- Provides input into and administers assigned budget, ensuring expenditures are controlled within approved limits.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Management or equivalent and relevant work experience.
- Experience using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Experience in building project and work back plans for small to medium-sized projects.
- Considerable experience in medium to complex business analysis and working in Excel.
- Considerable experience in process mapping and working in Visio.
- Considerable technology experience, including writing business requirements supporting integration work.
- Considerable experience in building executive PowerPoint decks.
- Considerable experience building reports and dashboards.
- Extensive experience managing and leading medium-sized project initiatives in a large organization with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional resources.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong collaborative skills.

- $105,241.00 to $160,649.00
