About the Role
Five Below is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, where we prioritize a culture of energy, passion, and big ideas. You will play a key role in maintaining our unique 'WOWplace' environment while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for efficient sales floor placement.
- Manage setup and maintenance of store displays and signage according to corporate guidelines.
- Execute store opening and closing procedures, including cash security and facility management.
- Act as Manager on Duty to oversee store operations, staff, and customer service.
- Supervise daily associate activities to ensure performance and service standards.
- Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
- Drive store sales through optimized merchandising and staff performance.
- Execute market plans and maintain inventory integrity processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register.
- Ability to move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to reach heights of 5-10 feet and use ladders.
- Ability to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
- Ability to read and interpret email and print instructions.
