About the Role
Five Below is seeking a motivated individual to join our team and ensure our crew members provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading front-end operations, merchandising, and maintaining store standards to create an amazing customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service through personal interaction.
- Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience for fast and friendly checkouts.
- Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
- Oversee front-end operations and merchandising, ensuring standards are met.
- Ensure front-end equipment is functional and associates are trained on services.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, and recovery.
- Perform store manager duties in their absence.
- Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members.
- Review and act upon corporate communications.
- Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
- Perform store maintenance, including garbage removal, cleaning, and stock room organization.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on store needs.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
