About the Role
This entry-level student position provides administrative support to multiple departments within HUB, with opportunities to work on long-term projects. Development Associates will develop written and oral communication skills and knowledge of general office procedures in a flexible, fun, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Data-entry of confidential documents
- Scanning and copying documents
- Answering phones at front desk
- Processing daily mail (incoming and outgoing)
- Maintaining inventory and stocking office and breakroom supplies
- Miscellaneous projects from all departments
Requirements
- Must be enrolled and currently taking college courses
- Applicants must have reliable transportation to our office: 900 S. Capital of Texas Highway, Ste 350, Austin, TX 78746.
- This position is temporary and is from August-December 2026
