About the Role

Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role, focusing on client interaction, project management, data analysis, and presentation creation. They also focus on developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end solution design of Oracle Cloud Procurement for Hospital/Health System clients.
  • Hands-on execution of all phases of an Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle - Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, Support.
  • Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
  • Partner with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
  • At least 2 years of related experience with cloud implementations.
  • Implementation/configuration experience with Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing, Self-service requisitioning, Purchasing, Supplier Portal & Qualification Management, Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for clients in Hospitals and Health Systems.
  • Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation.
  • Ability to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision.
  • A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams.

  • Total estimated compensation range: $134,400 - $171,100 USD
