Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution design of Oracle SCM for Healthcare clients, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
- Oversee and deliver hands-on execution across all phases of an Oracle SCM implementation lifecycle - Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, Support.
- Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
- Define standards, templates, and best practices for Oracle SCM implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of related experience with cloud implementations.
- 3+ years of experience leading implementations of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules: Inventory Management, Costing, Product Hub and Procurement.
- Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for Hospital and Health System clients.
- Ability to oversee and deliver hands-on execution across all phases of an ERP implementation lifecycle - Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, Support.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
- The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

- $145,000 - $170,000 USD
- $166,750- $212,500 USD (inclusive of annual incentive compensation)
