About the Role

Managers play a vibrant, integral role at Huron, building long-standing client relationships and leading teams to solve complex challenges. They plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions, while also mentoring junior staff to foster a culture of respect and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution design of Oracle SCM for Healthcare clients, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Oversee and deliver hands-on execution across all phases of an Oracle SCM implementation lifecycle - Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, Support.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for Oracle SCM implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related experience with cloud implementations.
• 3+ years of experience leading implementations of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules: Inventory Management, Costing, Product Hub and Procurement.
• Prior experience leading or supporting implementations for Hospital and Health System clients.
• Ability to oversee and deliver hands-on execution across all phases of an ERP implementation lifecycle - Design, Configure, Validate, Deploy, Support.
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
