About the Role
The In-Store Visibility (ISV) team, part of the CS&P department at Unilever's corporate headquarters, leads the development of special packs and display vehicles for the Beauty & Wellness category. This role offers an opportunity to drive continuous improvement and change within an evolving function.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key operational link with various departments (Brand Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, etc.) for special pack and customer-specific pack issues and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer packaging, and finance to identify opportunities, assess business cases, develop packaging, and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with Field Sales KAMs to gather volume information and feedback on packaging concepts.
- Communicate the special pack and display catalog to field sales teams.
- Conduct post-evaluation of all special pack and display projects, analyzing sell-in and financial results.
- Drive cost savings and gross margin improvements on special pack and display structures through cost transformation projects.
- Manage quarterly display growth initiatives and collaborate with KAMs to identify gap-closing opportunities.
- Oversee pre-launch ISV activities for displays on select B&W categories and all gift packs, including determining pack structure, feasibility assessment, forecasting, and sample provision.
- Provide customer and channel insights to marketing teams for special pack and displayer business cases, including distribution, competitive insights, and margin requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Finance, or Engineering preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in brand, sales, customer planning, logistics, finance, or supply chain is an asset.
- Familiarity with internal operating and ordering systems is an asset.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate across a vast network of internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled at managing multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Comfortable holding self and others accountable.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply the bigger picture while attending to details.
- Clear understanding of internal processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with SAP, Merlin, Essbase, AcNeilsen is a plus.
- Ability to strive for breakthrough thinking and understand organizational structure to drive results.

- Ability to build Unilever network and relationships for collaboration.
- Ability to use external market knowledge, customer, and consumer feedback to improve performance.

- Strong financial understanding, including working with Category Finance, providing cost estimates, and reviewing P&Ls.
- Comfortable with ball-parking costs and providing cost estimates.
- Must have the legal right to work in Canada.
- Travel within Toronto stores is required (less than 10% out of Toronto).
