About the Role
Audi's parts department is crucial for delivering the future of mobility, ensuring vehicles maintain their 'Vorsprung durch Technik.' This role provides elite service to luxury clientele and expert technicians.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the Audi ETKA (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to accurately identify and source genuine components for retail and internal shop needs.
- Greet clients professionally, providing accurate price quotes and technical guidance over the phone and at the counter.
- Manage stock levels, receive and unpack shipments, and verify items accurately.
- Act as a critical link for the service team, ensuring technicians have the exact parts required to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an automotive parts role is desired.
- Specific experience with Audi or VW is highly preferred.
- Experienced use with dealership management systems (e.g., Reynold&Reynolds or CDK) and parts catalogs.
- Ability to lift, squat, and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
- A 'team-player' attitude.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating discounts.
- A valid driver's license.
