About the Role

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Allocator to manage flight operations and ensure successful service delivery within the aviation logistics sector.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-allocate day/night workload.
  • Identify and escalate early delays.
  • Assign tasks to cleaning, ramp, and high lift teams.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with other business areas.
  • Liaise with Health and Safety and Operational Management teams.
  • Support projects as required.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient IT skills, including the ability to use a range of computer systems and software.
  • Must undergo a security/background check.
  • Must be able to provide five years' UK address history.
  • Must be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character).
  • Must pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
