About the Role
This role blends hands-on problem-solving with strategic consulting, where your technical expertise will directly impact customer success. You will lead complex maintenance projects, troubleshoot multi-component systems, and help customers achieve optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using root cause analysis and collaboration with engineering experts
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety
- Deliver technical consulting to customers and internal teams to uncover needs and support business development
- Guide field service engineers and coordinate across teams to provide seamless, high-quality service solutions
