Responsibilities
- Lead all activities related to quality control, implementing systems and processes to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain effective quality management systems, including policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Implement quality tools, such as SPC and FMEA, to identify and prevent defects.
- Oversee all quality control activities, including inspection of raw materials, manufacturing process, and finished product.
- Coordinate with production teams to establish quality standards and ensure process integrity.
- Manage the non-conformance process, investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with customers to understand quality requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Direct and develop a team of quality professionals.
- Promote a culture of quality within the organization.
Requirements
- Completed related degree.
- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Deep knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- English proficiency (90%).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SAP system experience.
- Possess a quality certification, such as Six Sigma or ASQ.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Deep understanding of quality control techniques and tools, such as Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA.
- Personnel management experience.
- Ability to analyze data and trends.
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to solve complex quality problems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate others.
