Responsibilities

  • Lead all activities related to quality control, implementing systems and processes to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective quality management systems, including policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Implement quality tools, such as SPC and FMEA, to identify and prevent defects.
  • Oversee all quality control activities, including inspection of raw materials, manufacturing process, and finished product.
  • Coordinate with production teams to establish quality standards and ensure process integrity.
  • Manage the non-conformance process, investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand quality requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Direct and develop a team of quality professionals.
  • Promote a culture of quality within the organization.

Requirements

  • Completed related degree.
  • 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Deep knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • English proficiency (90%).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP system experience.
  • Possess a quality certification, such as Six Sigma or ASQ.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Deep understanding of quality control techniques and tools, such as Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA.
  • Personnel management experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to solve complex quality problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate others.
