About the Role
Zynga is seeking a contract Talent Management & Development Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the central Talent Development & Management team. This role will support a diverse portfolio of talent programs, including company-wide performance cycles and specialized training roadmaps for various disciplines. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable with data, and adept at managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of live and virtual training sessions, including managing calendars, scheduling workshops, handling invitations, tracking RSVPs, and distributing materials.
- Administer the Learning Management System (Cornerstone on Demand), including uploading learning assets, managing user paths, tracking completions, and organizing learning paths.
- Pull, clean, and format data sheets using Excel or Google Sheets to track participation, generate reports, and support administrative data collection.
- Organize, format, and distribute digital toolkits, manager guidebooks, and program resources.
- Maintain clean file management systems for easy access to talent materials by HR Business Partners and managers.
Requirements
- Direct experience using Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) or a similar large-scale learning platform.
- Strong familiarity with Monday.com or similar digital tracking tools for task management.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive talent data with discretion and professionalism.
