About the Role

This role is accountable for the successful delivery of a cluster of funds within the Energy Redress scheme. Working with the Programme Manager, you will lead a team of Development Officers, acting as critical friends to applicants and grantees, and managing project delivery. You will oversee fund allocation against priorities, ensure projects deliver meaningful impact, and capture insights from funded projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the allocation of grants under your funds, ensuring funding targets are met through projects that deliver real impact against fund priorities.
  • Monitor project performance and capture insight and impact through your team of Development Officers.
  • Lead a team of Development Officers and collaborate with scheme management and administration staff.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with scheme rules across funds.
  • Drive continuous improvement of your funds and the wider scheme.

Requirements

  • Experience of leadership and strategic thinking in grant funding or programme delivery.
  • Experience of managing grant or programme finances.
  • Experience of monitoring and delivering continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including at senior level.
  • Understanding of and commitment to the organisation's mission.
  • Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the UK.
