About the Role
The Field Lead is the driving force behind The Porch touring activation, responsible for leading all on-site operations, ensuring brand standards, and creating memorable consumer experiences. This hands-on leadership role involves managing event setup, teardown, and staff, while serving as the primary point of contact for venue and retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site activation activities and ensure flawless execution of the touring footprint
- Direct local labor teams during load-in, setup, operation, and teardown
- Ensure activation assets are assembled correctly, safely, and according to brand standards
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the program, venue personnel, and retail partners
- Lead, motivate, and coach Brand Ambassadors and event hosts
- Conduct pre-event briefings and communicate program objectives and compliance requirements
- Monitor performance and provide real-time coaching to maintain high-quality consumer experiences
- Ensure strict adherence to age-verification and regulatory requirements
- Manage dual-device age-gating processes in regulated markets
- Oversee coupon distribution, prepaid card controls, and reconciliation processes
- Complete all required reporting accurately and within deadlines
- Capture event photography and documentation
- Manage inventory, event materials, and activation assets
- Coordinate logistics and asset movement between markets
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the program
- Weekend availability
- Ability to lift and move activation materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- 3+ years of experience leading touring, experiential, or multi-market activation programs
- Experience managing Brand Ambassadors, event staff, and local labor crews
- Experience serving as the primary point of contact for clients or venues
- Experience handling compliance procedures and event reporting
