About the Role
This is a sales and customer facing position responsible for driving strategic mobility solution sales to large enterprise and public sector clients. The role leverages deep industry expertise, strong relationships, and advanced consultative selling skills to deliver innovative wireless, mobile, and IoT solutions that meet complex business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts for AT&T’s mobility portfolio, including wireless services, mobile device management, IoT, and related solutions for large and complex accounts.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Assess client business needs and develop tailored mobility solutions that drive business outcomes and digital transformation.
- Create and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth, solution adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, successful implementation, and ongoing support.
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging mobility technologies (e.g., 5G, private wireless, mobile security), and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases for mobility solutions; lead negotiations and close complex deals.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, pipeline goals, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Mobility and AT&T FirstNet solutions.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of technology, applications, and solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in prospecting and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Compensations
- $80,200 - $120,400 + commission
- Total target compensation: $138,200 - $178,400
