Austin Country Club is seeking a full-time Outside Service / Golf Cart Attendant to provide first-class service to guests on the golf course. This entry-level customer service role in hospitality offers a competitive wage and the opportunity to be part of an exclusive country club.
Responsibilities
- Clean golf carts and member-stored clubs to high-quality standards.
- Maintain an organized appearance around the facility.
- Monitor the cart staging area.
- Clear and reset driving range stations.
- Report guest comments or complaints to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain working knowledge of golf to assist guests.
- Participate in staff meetings and training.
Requirements
