About the Role
Nati Boutique is seeking a highly experienced Retail Manager to lead sales efforts, uphold customer service standards, and ensure smooth store operations, reporting directly to the CEO/Co-owner.
Responsibilities
- Lead the retail team in achieving sales goals and meeting store financial plans within a collaborative selling environment.
- Continuously assess and strategize to improve performance goals, focusing on sales targets and increasing units per transaction (UPT).
- Coach Sales Associates on performance, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store visual standards and adapt visual merchandising direction as needed.
- Ensure sound inventory management through accurate receiving and merchandise processes.
- Collaborate with the team and owners on community connections and event execution.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude to foster teamwork.
Requirements
- A passion for fashion and selling.
- A positive, can-do attitude, and a proactive mindset.
- Minimum 1-2 years in a Store Manager or similar role at a high-volume fashion retail company.
- Proven ability to train and develop a team of top sellers.
- Excellent team building and leadership skills.
- Proven experience coaching employees in tactics to attract and retain clientele.
- A positive, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Open availability to work 5 days (40 hours) a week, including weekends and some holidays.
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours and carry up to 50lbs.
