About the Role

Revere Copper Products is seeking an HR Generalist to administer critical human resources functions, including recruiting, employee relations, absence management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees regarding benefit programs and HR services, providing internal support to business lines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as administrator for recruiting, employee/labor relations, absence, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, and employee records.
  • Support organizational policies and programs and ensure labor law and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees regarding benefit programs and other HR services.
  • Provide internal support and partnership to business lines to deliver human resource services.
  • Serve as key point of contact for employees regarding access to employee benefits.
  • Facilitate benefit enrollment and changes, and update/maintain benefit records.
  • Coordinate with company medical broker, TPA, and other benefit resources to organize and implement benefit programs.
  • Administer benefit record keeping and invoice processing, including oversight of benefit participation and deductions.
  • Coordinate and integrate benefit expense reporting and recording with the accounting department.
  • Analyze and report on monthly benefit expenses.
  • Coordinate with HR support staff to process and maintain employment, attendance, and other records.
  • Facilitate open enrollment and life event changes.
  • Coordinate company response to benefit audits.
  • Complete compensation and benefit surveys.
  • Support recruiting, including the hourly post and bid process.
  • Support the hiring process, including onboarding.
  • Support company labor relations benefit strategy.
  • Administer grievance filing and record keeping.
  • Administer company/union meeting minutes.
