About the Role
Summerhill Market is seeking upbeat, detail-oriented team members for a Cut Fruit Production role in their Commissary kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Wash, peel, cut, and package fresh fruit to Summerhill standards
- Follow recipes, prep guides, and portioning requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Label and store products accurately
- Support the team with general prep and kitchen tasks as needed
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Food safety knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Availability for PM shifts starting at 2:00 PM

- Minimum wage ($17.60/hr), negotiable based on experience
