- Create an exceptional walk-up support experience, providing approachable, customer-focused technology assistance
- Support meeting rooms, conferencing systems, collaboration tools, and executive or business-critical meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly while maintaining high service standards and minimizing disruption
- Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, deployment, shipping, receiving, inventory, and asset tracking
- Partner with global IT, infrastructure, network, and collaboration teams on technology rollouts, office upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead technology support and on-site coordination for special events, executive meetings, conferences, offsites, and other high-profile business activities
- Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and service requests while meeting established SLA expectations
- Build trusted relationships across a diverse employee community and deliver an inclusive, welcoming technology experience

- Experience with device provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management
