About the Role

Our Infrastructure team builds internal tools and services to enhance product availability and engineering productivity. As an infrastructure engineer, you will collaborate with multiple engineering teams to develop and improve internal tools and services, implement new infrastructure using Terraform, and define scaling, alerting, and monitoring strategies. Join us to help build the best sports media app in the world.

Responsibilities

Develop new features, optimizing for scalability and performance.
Contribute to the scrum process, including sprint planning, review, retrospectives, and daily standups.
Understand technical requirements and collaborate with engineers to ensure end results meet expectations.
Fix live bugs and triage issues to identify root causes, addressing both immediate fixes and underlying problems.
Validate work quality through manual and automated testing, owning code throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
Knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD tools.
Familiarity with AWS products including Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, ECS, Cloudfront, S3, and IAM.
Experience working with high availability websites.
Experience with Cloud CDN tools like Fastly and Cloudflare.
