About the Role
Seeking a part-time Licensed Aesthetician/ Laser Professional passionate about skincare, client education, and providing exceptional service. This role involves performing various aesthetic treatments and consultations in a professional med spa environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform facial treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other non-invasive skincare procedures.
- Assist with laser, microneedling, and PRP procedures (if trained or certified).
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and customize treatment plans for each client.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room.
- Follow proper sanitation and infection control standards.
- Cross-promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
- Document treatments accurately and maintain client confidentiality.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional events.
Requirements
- Active Texas Aesthetician or Cosmetology License required.
- Active Texas Laser Hair Removal Professional License required.
- 3+ years of experience in a spa, salon, or med spa setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and medical-grade skincare.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Able to recommend products and services.
- Confident selling, upselling and closing sales.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
- Experience with SkinBetter, Isdin, Boulevard/Jane, HydraFacial, Aerolase & Clear & Brilliant preferred but not required.
- Social Media/ Content Creation preferred.
