About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Recruiter to identify top talent across all company functions, with a primary focus on post-sales roles like Deployment Strategist. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process to support our mission and hyper-growth stage.
Responsibilities
- Target active and passive candidates using sophisticated sourcing techniques
- Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications
- Close candidates efficiently to meet hiring goals
- Partner with in-house recruiters and hiring managers to drive innovation
- Nurture high-quality prospects through long-term relationship building
- Develop sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience within an in-house team
- Experience in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment
- Proven ability to target, approach, and close passive candidates
- Strong relationship management skills with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Located in San Francisco, California
- Willingness to work from the office 4 days per week
