About the Role
Join our Food & Beverage team to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to our guests. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive dining experience while working across various restaurant and property outlets.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages in restaurant and property outlets
- Complete room set-ups and tear-downs
- Take guest orders
- Operate electronic cash register and POS systems
- Clean and maintain outlet areas
- Answer guest inquiries regarding food, beverages, hotel services, and local information
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for customer service
- Ability to stand for 8 hours in a demanding environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a rotating schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
