About the Role
Drive commercial and market innovation strategy and business operations projects across the Neuroscience business, including Psychiatry, Migraine, Parkinson’s Disease, and BOTOX Therapeutics.
Responsibilities
- Lead key commercial on-market strategic initiatives to maximize patient impact of in-line brands.
- Work with brand teams to lead the development of launch strategy for launch-ready products.
- Lead key strategic initiatives across Neuroscience to identify longer-term growth opportunities.
- Execute opportunities to drive operational effectiveness within and across business units with key cross-functional partners.
- Lead development of business and operational reviews for senior Commercial and Executive leadership.
- Foster positive working relationships and collaborate with franchise brand teams, Finance, Medical, R&D, Market Access, HEOR, MABI, Sales Training, Sales Force Effectiveness, Regulatory, Customer Experience, and other cross-franchise teams.
- Identify and scope key strategic initiatives.
- Lead project execution end to end.
- Influence without authority, while building a collaborative and integrated approach across the organization.
Requirements
- BA/BS required, MBA or advanced degree (PhD, MD) preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience with Bachelors, 8+ with Masters, and 6+ with PhD/Doctorate.
- At least 5-7 years of professional industry experience with a successful track record in management consulting (at least 2+ years), pipeline management, or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Previous experience in pharma R&D, Corporate Strategy, Brand Management, and/or Marketing.
- Deep understanding and experience with Neuroscience and Eye Care products, both in-line and in development.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills across various organization levels and disciplines, including senior executives.
- Experience with matrix-based teams and project management.
- Experience working with pre-launch, launch, and/or on-market commercial teams is preferred.
