About the Role
As a Strategic Partnerships Sales Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle, partnering with enterprise organizations to introduce DoorDash for Business and close complex, high-impact deals. You'll build relationships with executive stakeholders, uncover business priorities, and deliver tailored solutions that help companies better engage and support their employees. This is a consultative, hunter-focused role where you'll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Leadership while helping shape one of DoorDash's fastest-growing businesses.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage high-value, enterprise-level organizations to create long-term partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within target organizations, as well as internal DoorDash Executives.
- Understand unique client needs and tailor strategic solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Lead the sales process from initial outreach through negotiation and closure, including regular client business reviews.
- Identify opportunities within key accounts to unlock incremental revenue through expanding relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, legal) to drive alignment on customer needs and partnership proposals.
- Collaborate with leadership to design go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, sales activity, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and KPIs for enterprise partnerships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of success in selling technology solutions to large enterprises.
- Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with the ability to sell at multiple levels within an organization.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth.
- In-depth understanding of the relevant industry and its challenges, with the ability to position solutions that address client pain points.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience closing multi-million dollar deals and navigating contract terms and conditions.
- Ability to develop long-term, trust-based relationships with senior executives and maintain a client-first approach.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for pipeline management and reporting.

Salary/Compensations
- $95,880—$141,000 USD (Base Salary)
- $159,800—$235,000 USD (Total On-Target Earnings)
