About the Role
The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region, driving adoption of its non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology through referring physicians. This customer-facing role focuses on proactively supporting, educating, and providing solutions to build high customer satisfaction by working with Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway.
- Develop and execute business development plans within key accounts, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, utilizing resources like internal leadership, physician mentors, dinner programs, VIP visits, roadshows, and referring physician office meetings.
- Work closely with Territory Sales Managers, Marketing, Market Access, CT Apps, Product Development, and Clinical teams.
- Increase Heartflow usage by maintaining and building relationships with referring physicians and key clinical stakeholders.
- Educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition through presentations and discussions with referring MDs.
- Promote and champion Heartflow, building advocacy.
- Meet or exceed quota for strategic Heartflow accounts.
- Drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration/case growth over baseline in assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Proven sales skills and track record of sales achievement.
- Experience building and supporting strong clinical programs is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn and disseminate new clinical/technical information.
- Develop relationships with key account stakeholders (admin, cardiologists, referring physician practices, hospital marketing, strategic personnel) to drive awareness, broaden referrals, and deepen adoption.
- Coordinate field and HQ resources to support customers and execute program development plans.
- Customer-focused mentality.
- Ability to explain medical technologies to referring physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred.

- Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.
Salary/Compensations
- $125,000 base compensation
- Eligible to earn variable/commission with total target compensation of $200,000
