About the Role
NewAge Products is seeking a Market Manager to launch and lead its first U.S. local market operation in South Florida. This leadership role involves creating the market, selling, building a team, and managing the P&L for what is expected to be a $10M+ market. You will be instrumental in building the operational playbook that future NewAge markets will follow.
Responsibilities
- Run in-home design consultations using NewAge’s virtual design tool, present configurations, and close sales.
- Meet clients at the NewAge Experience Center showroom for design presentations and product walkthroughs.
- Own total market sales across all channels, including in-home, showroom, and trade.
- Manage sales pipeline through CRM, responding to leads, confirming appointments, and documenting outcomes.
- Represent NewAge at home shows, consumer and trade events, and community activations.
- Coordinate licensed subcontractors and install crews, owning projects from agreement through installation.
- Assist on modular installations for hands-on product knowledge during training.
- Identify and manage local General Contractor relationships for complex builds.
- Develop trade partner relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and remodelers for a referral pipeline.
- Work with the Director of Franchising to build the operational playbook for quoting, install coordination, permitting, and trade partner management.
- Prepare to assume full Market Manager responsibilities within 6 months, including P&L ownership, team hiring, showroom operations, and market growth strategy.
- Hire and train a sales team as volume warrants.
- Communicate market intelligence upstream regarding customer wants, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home or showroom sales experience with transaction values of $10,000+ in relevant home improvement sectors.
- Operational capability including coordinating subcontractors, managing install timelines, planning events, and building trade relationships.
- Comfortable with a consultative, design-led sales process.
- Willingness to learn NewAge’s virtual design tool and conduct live design presentations.
- CRM-disciplined with accurate data logging.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to work across Broward, Miami-Dade, and occasionally Palm Beach counties.
- Availability for some evenings, weekends, and select holidays for appointments and events.
