About the Role

The Coordinator, Corporate/Community Relations will serve as a key member of the Yankees Corporate/Community Relations department, committed to strengthening relationships with corporate partners, community organizations and the public while advancing the Yankees’ mission and brand presence throughout the community. The position works to enhance and execute related efforts with a dedicated focus on administrative and project-based support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about community impact and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

  • Generate summaries highlighting the focus, impact, and resources dedicated to outreach efforts supported by the New York Yankees.
  • Monitor related and key performance indicators to evaluate impact and results.
  • Support the department’s general efforts in the corporate/community relations space, including tentpole events and gameday operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact on multiple departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain event calendar and all community partner ticket allocations.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling important meetings and producing weekly payroll sheets.
  • Positively represent the department and organization across a multitude of functions and events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year in the sports and entertainment industry preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing all applications in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and ability to work in an outdoor stadium environment.

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.

Salary/Compensations

  • $50,000 – $55,000
