About the Role
Support Sportradar's intelligence, due diligence and investigative activities across either our Anti-Match-Fixing or Risk & Investigations teams. Working alongside experienced analysts and investigators, you will contribute to intelligence collection, OSINT research, due diligence products and investigative projects that help protect the integrity of sport worldwide. Responsibilities
- Support due diligence products and intelligence-led investigations using an all-source approach.
- Collect, analyse and evaluate sensitive information and datasets to identify emerging trends, risks and patterns related to match-fixing and other integrity threats.
- Conduct OSINT research, monitoring and analysis to support investigations and due diligence projects.
- Produce a range of intelligence products, from concise analytical briefings to detailed investigative reports.
- Support the Integrity Services team with administrative, coordination and logistical support.
- Contribute to the suspicious match assessment and escalation processes within our industry-leading Bet Monitoring & Detection team.
- Support our industry leading Bet Monitoring & Detection sector of our Anti-Match-Fixing team and collaborate on group discussions and debates that drive our suspicious match escalation process.
- Work closely across multiple Sportradar functions and departments to protect and enhance Sportradar business operations, including internal and external training and education on sports integrity.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information from a wide variety of sources.
- Practical experience in OSINT tools, techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and/or Power Automate.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new systems, platforms and technologies.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings, assessments and hypotheses.
- Strong organisational, note-taking and record-keeping skills, combined with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- High standards of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in research, due diligence, intelligence or investigations gained through areas such as law enforcement, journalism, corporate intelligence, financial crime, fraud investigations or cyber security is desirable but not necessary.
- Experience handling and analysing large or complex datasets.
- Broad understanding of global sport and the sports betting industry, with a desire to expand knowledge of the wider betting landscape.
- Awareness of integrity challenges affecting sport, including match-fixing, corruption, doping and safeguarding issues.
- Knowledge of sports integrity programmes, initiatives and best practices.
