About the Role

The Senior Coordinator of Social Impact Strategy assists the Social Responsibility team with day-to-day program support of NFL cause and community initiatives. This role focuses on integrating community initiatives throughout the NFL business, expanding collaboration with key sponsors and partners, and managing partnerships, event planning, communications, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with execution and management of key NFL community relations initiatives.
  • Work with nonprofit and corporate partners to maximize impact and create opportunities to highlight community work and deepen engagement.
  • Execute the league’s Super Bowl Ticket Giveaway program for 500 fans across the country.
  • Plan and execute community projects at NFL marquee events year-round, usually in collaboration with NFL partners.
  • Work with corporate communications to write and review communication materials press related to promoting community programs.
  • Assist with management of the NFL’s Community social media handles.
  • Create visually appealing presentations for use internally and externally.
  • Support the department with administrative functions such as processing invoices, management of project timelines and other tasks.
  • Identify and create new programs and event ideas, demonstrating a strong understanding of the department’s goals and objectives.
  • Constantly evaluate how NFL Social Responsibility can enhance existing programs and build new ones.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Effective people skills
  • Interest in and knowledge of social responsibility and philanthropy
  • Excellent writer
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Critical thinker that learns quickly
  • Project management experience
  • Preferred knowledge of and/or experience in sports partnerships
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • $75,000—$85,000 USD
