About the Role

The Sales Supervisor assists the Store Manager with daily store operations, focusing on sales, customer service, and team development. This role is key in ensuring exceptional customer engagement and achieving sales targets, while embodying the brand's premium denim identity.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to overall store success by meeting store and individual sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobing customers based on their needs.
  • Set the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
  • Build client relationships and drive store sales through client outreach.
  • Assist with training, coaching, developing, and motivating associates to achieve maximum sales productivity.
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with leading the store team and serving as the expert on company culture, store operations, and policies.
  • Assist with managing payroll and ensuring payroll goals are met within guidelines.
  • Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Communicate with management regarding employee relations, operations, and compliance matters.
  • Represent the brand and ensure team members embody the brand in all interactions.
  • Ensure Loss Prevention policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assist with financial/sales audits and inventories.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership ability.

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures.
  • High level of initiative/self-starter.
  • Must work weekend and night shifts.
  • Repetitive hand motion while operating cash register or computer.
  • Regularly interacts with the public in an often crowded and noisy interactive store environment.
  • Standing required for entire work shift.
  • Operate office equipment (i.e., computers, phone, fax, scanner and copier).
  • Climb ladders as needed.
  • Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
