About the Role

We are looking for motivated and dedicated Sales Assistants (m/f) full-time and part-time. As a UO Sales Assistant, you have a keen sense for fashion/trends and the customer is always the focus for you. You want to inspire and transform every purchase into an unforgettable experience. You enjoy working in a team, want to take responsibility, and see challenges as an opportunity for further development. Responsibilities

Act as a UO Brand Ambassador for our location.
Actively support your team with all daily tasks, e.g., customer service, cashier activities, and merchandise processing.
Work independently and goal-oriented, always focused on the best possible results.
Support the Instore VM team with merchandise setup and presentation, creating an authentic brand experience.
Expand our customer base by creating positive customer contacts with the latest technology.
Responsible for performing basic cleaning tasks in and around the premises, such as cleaning floors and rooms, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger items from the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

Requirements

Enjoy working in a team and show initiative.
A service- and customer-oriented approach are the basis of your success.
Convince with good merchandise and product knowledge.
Optional: Speak German and any other foreign language.
Convince with individuality and a keen sense for trends/fashion.
