About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for crafting and executing recruitment strategies for senior technical and non-technical roles. This position is pivotal in attracting top executive talent to drive the company’s operational success and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for senior-level positions.
  • Build and sustain a robust pipeline of executive-level talent.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor practices.
  • Design and optimize recruitment processes for senior-level hires.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to assess recruitment success.
  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand strategic requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Employ innovative strategies for employer branding and targeted sourcing.
  • Oversee the recruitment process including shortlisting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Requirements

  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • 8 - 10 years of strategic recruitment experience with a focus on senior-level roles.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes across diverse cultures and time zones.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and strategic recruitment practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
