Responsibilities

Inspire your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.
Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
Launch new products and services with your District Manager and other key partners.
Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
Handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting with ease.

Requirements

Proven track record in retail sales and team leadership.
1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
