About the Role

Rho is seeking Product Managers who can operate as GMs/Product CEOs, owning a significant platform surface end-to-end. The role requires a deep understanding of founder needs and the ability to leverage AI for rapid prototyping and product development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate like a founder, taking ownership of your platform surface as if it were a company.
• Develop a deep understanding of how early-stage companies manage money, time, and risk.
• Design for desired workflows, anticipating customer needs.
• Own a problem space, framing significant customer problems and defining success metrics.
• Make deliberate decisions about priorities and be willing to pivot based on evidence.
• Leverage AI to enhance work processes, test ideas, and build innovative product experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, GTM, and leadership teams.
• Communicate effectively to ensure team alignment and understanding of product direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful work.
• Daily experience working with AI, including prototyping, analyzing, drafting, and automating.
• Ability to point to specific product changes or shipments enabled by new AI capabilities.
• Demonstrated taste and an obsession with details, especially in a financial product context.
• Rigor in discovery, able to articulate problems, hypotheses, and success metrics before spec writing.
• Willingness to build, including prototyping, sketching flows, and pulling data.
• Founder mindset: taking ownership beyond role boundaries and driving initiatives to completion.
• Comfort with ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and adapting to pivots.
• Ability to build trust, communicate proactively, and align teams.
• Desire to work with a team that fosters growth and pushes boundaries.
