About the Role

Partner directly with the CEO to design, build, and ship AI-powered tools and product solutions for the agency, end to end. This role requires strong product judgment and design instincts alongside technical skill, with a focus on building well and owning projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to brainstorm, vet, and refine ideas for internal tools and agency tech solutions.
• Design the user experience, build, and ship AI-powered products.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Cursor, Replit Agent, Claude Code, and v0 to create proof-of-concepts, interactive mockups, and MVPs.
• Translate high-level business goals and creative briefs into usable products for the team.

Requirements

• Portfolio with at least one product designed and built alone, end to end, using modern AI coding tools (Cursor, v0, Claude Code, or similar).
• Demonstrated craft in personal site or side projects, including good typography, spacing, and micro-interactions.
• Ability to ship fast and work comfortably with ambiguity, even as the sole technical person.
• Understanding of how modern web apps function, including APIs, databases, LLM integration, authentication, and cloud deployment.
• Strong product instincts to challenge assumptions, optimize UX, and structure ideas into actionable plans.
• Ability to explain the business 'why' in plain language to non-technical stakeholders.
