About the Role
Join the Selux team as a Machine Shop Operator and help build high-end architectural lighting products. This is a great opportunity to work in a manufacturing environment with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of production equipment including sheet metal punching and forming machines, drilling, tapping, cutting, bending and sanding equipment.
- Operate saws, milling machines and other machinery to cut and prepare metal parts according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Skills
- Machine shop experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing
- Familiarity with power tools
- Metal fabrication

- Monday-Thursday 6am - 4:30 pm
Experience Level
- Automotive, construction and other manufacturing relevant experience welcome.
