About the Role
As the Assistant Facilities Manager for our prestigious Omnicom account, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and service delivery at a dynamic corporate site. You'll serve as a key operational leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integrated facilities management services, ensuring business continuity, financial performance, and exceptional client experiences. Working alongside senior leadership, you'll help build and develop high-performing FM teams while maintaining trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how buildings operate, how teams collaborate, and how we deliver value to one of the world's leading media and communications holding companies.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive work order management using advanced CAFM systems, ensuring completion rates consistently meet or exceed SLA parameters while maintaining detailed performance metrics.
- Provide expert customer service to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact for facilities-related needs and maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence.
- Support emergency response coordination and business continuity planning, ensuring rapid mobilization protocols are in place and tested regularly.
- Maintain detailed compliance documentation and regulatory reporting to ensure audit readiness across health, safety, environmental, and building code requirements.
- Oversee vendor relationships and performance, working collaboratively with suppliers to leverage partnerships and ensure the client's FM spend-related KPIs are consistently met.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including IoT implementation and smart building technologies to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Execute daily sustainability practices including energy management, waste reduction, and water conservation programs, monitoring building systems performance through BMS analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across FM teams, championing inclusivity and supporting each team member's professional development.
- Conduct regular sustainability inspections, coordinate recycling programs, and implement green cleaning protocols to support ESG objectives and certification renewals.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in corporate real estate services management with demonstrable expertise in integrated facilities management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex service delivery operations in corporate environments.
- Solid financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and cost optimization programs.
- Strong customer service orientation with experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and managing escalations professionally.
- Working knowledge of building automation systems, energy management platforms, and sustainability frameworks.
- Proficiency with CAFM systems and work order management tools to drive operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance with understanding of regulatory requirements.
