About the Role

Requirements

• Post high school education or equivalent in construction
• Management and Sales Training
• Completed all qualifications and responsibilities of Superintendent
• 2-5 years as a foreman in the trade
• 1-2 years of experience in layout
• 2-5 years as an Assistant Superintendent
• 1-3 years as a Superintendent
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of building projects
• Ability to understand shop drawings
• Ability to read and comprehend prints and specifications
• Verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
