About the Role

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for coordinating the work of all Ryan employees, subcontractors, and project management on the jobsite to ensure completion on time and within budget. This role enforces safety programs, manages and trains personnel, and controls project budgets. The Senior Superintendent collaborates with trades foremen, superintendents, project management, owners, and tenants on all project scopes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate subcontractors and Ryan Company employees.
Manage select projects applicable to experience.
Comprehend and administer project budgets.
Read and administer contracts.
Value engineer projects and details.
Assist project team with material procurement process.
Expedite and control all material purchases.
Negotiate and purchase limited contracts.
Do estimates for self-performed work (bids).
Oversee project closeout.
