About the Role
Armanino is seeking an experienced and client-focused Workday Senior Manager to lead their newly formed Workday HCM Practice. This role involves implementing Workday solutions, client interaction, and providing expertise in Workday functionality, requiring strong consulting, Workday knowledge, and client relationship management skills. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday HCM solutions.
- Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent, based on client needs.
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements, process flows, and system design documentation.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify customization areas and develop solutions for client-specific requirements.
- Advise clients on Workday implementation best practices and recommend system optimization.
- Design and build Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet client reporting needs.
- Support client and data conversion teams in migrating legacy data into Workday.
- Assist integration teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other systems.
- Define testing strategies, create test scripts, and conduct system testing.
- Provide end-user training on Workday functionality and assist with change management activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Stay updated on Workday releases, features, and functionality, and share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including demos, proposals, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Workday HCM Certification required.
- Two additional HCM specialty certifications (Advance Comp, Recruiting, Learning, Talent/Performance, and Benefits) required.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Workday consultant, with a focus on Workday HCM implementations.
- Ability to travel to client sites 10% of the time.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations between human resources and other departments.
- Workday report writing certification(s) demonstrating expertise in Workday.
- Consulting background or experience working for a consulting firm or in a client-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Knowledge of Workday security and role-based permissions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage client relationships.

Salary/Compensations
- Colorado: $163,400 - $222,600
- Washington, Illinois, New York, Southern California: $179,700 - $244,900
- Northern California: $187,900 - $256,000
- Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
