About the Role

Join our Bright Flex / Bank team at Bright Horizons Kingston Day Nursery and Preschool as a flexible working practitioner. You will work as part of a team to care for babies and children up to age 5, engaging them through interactive play and activities to foster curious minds and support their development towards key milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5.
  • Engage children through interactive play, reading, and activities to encourage curious minds.
  • Support colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential (e.g., Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar).
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
