About the Role

Join our Bright Flex / Bank team, blending the convenience of bank work with the security and benefits of employment. You will work as part of a team to care for babies and children up to age 5, engaging them through interactive play, reading, and activities to foster curious minds and support their development towards key milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to look after babies and children up to the age of 5.
  • Engage children through interactive play, reading, and activities to encourage curious minds.
  • Support colleagues with each child’s development towards their key milestones.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential (e.g., Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar).
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
