About the Role
Support our Multifamily brokerage team with client relationship management, transaction management, client lease portfolio analysis, and financial analysis. This role requires creative thinking, quick problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent client relationship management by acting as the direct contact between Colliers and the client.
- Manage lease transactions and tenant representations with the support of senior brokers.
- Complete comprehensive analysis on client leases and execute findings into written summaries to influence decisions.
- Complete cash flow analyses using Excel.
- Review, recommend, and negotiate terms of commercial real estate lease agreements with clients.
- Support RFP and proposal responses related to the transaction management process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of transaction management/coordination experience in a commercial real estate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related.
- Valid real estate license.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
