About the Role

As part of our mobile platform engineering team, you will set the pace for multiple mobile engineering teams and take ownership of the fully native mobile apps that our customers love.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace for multiple mobile engineering teams.
• Take ownership of fully native mobile apps.
• Design new product iterations, thinking strategically about architectural decisions.
• Communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders.
• Act as a technical evangelist.
• Evaluate technical risks.
• Coach and mentor more junior engineers.
• Automate processes, including unified deployment pipelines and automated testing.

Requirements

• Passionate about creating products that produce good customer outcomes.
• Enjoy leading a team of technologists, alongside product, design, and other disciplines.
• Appreciate the sensitivity of customer data and the resiliency, performance, and security that demands.
• Aspire to automate all but the creative problem solving.
• Desire to develop yourself, with access to various support systems (learning, mentorship, conferences, progression).
• Enjoy hybrid working, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our bright offices.
